Kelly Robinson

Ms. Kelly Robinson serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Company. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism from Arkansas State University.

Kelly began her career in media with a local newspaper, where she managed sales across 80 local publications. In her first year, she quadrupled sales in her assigned territory, leading to a shift in her role. She was strategically moved across multiple territories to optimize performance, successfully revitalizing underperforming regions before transitioning them to Account Executives.

Building on this success, Kelly went on to work with some of the top publications in the Chicagoland market, including The Chicago Sun-Times and The Chicago Tribune. Her strong reputation preceded her, and she was entrusted with similar responsibilities. At The Chicago Tribune, she ranked among the top 10 sales executives nationwide. As a multi-media Account Executive, she navigated a diverse portfolio of advertising solutions, consistently delivering exceptional service to drive client retention and growth.

Since joining Primedia Network in 2020, Kelly has played a pivotal role in the company’s success. She took on a leadership position in 2021, guiding the team through the challenges of the pandemic and ensuring profitability.

A former Division I athlete, Kelly continued her passion for volleyball at the semi-professional level until 2019. She is married with one son, who shares her love for athletics and trains alongside her. She emphasizes the value of driving results and growth—for clients, her team, and the company. And when asked about her motivation, she puts it simply: 'Money.'

Mr. Dean N. Tucci, the Company's Founder, Vice President, and National Sales Manager, is a lifelong entrepreneur with an unmatched drive and dedication. A true visionary, he has a proven ability to create opportunities—both for businesses and the people around him.

Over the years, salespeople, media representatives, and business partners working alongside Dean have consistently achieved higher earnings under his leadership than anywhere else. His focus is on building companies with significant growth potential, where being second-best is never an option. He is committed to establishing industry-leading businesses with nationwide impact in both sales and revenue.

Dean’s entrepreneurial journey began early—selling sheet music to classmates at age seven and running a neighborhood landscaping business by age twelve. Since then, he has built multiple companies from the ground up, turning them into multi-million-dollar enterprises.

In the 1980s, Dean worked in the advertising industry as a copywriter and later as an Account Manager at a major agency. By 1990, he launched his own firm, Fanz Advertising, which managed clients such as Pizza Hut, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Littelfuse, and Sears Home Improvement. The Sears account was a particularly notable success—Dean conceived and implemented a national home improvement co-op lead program that connected hundreds of Sears Authorized Contractors across the country.

Following 9/11, he transitioned his business into a lead-generation-focused agency, Plus Media Group, pioneering performance-based broadcast media. He developed a strategy to secure low CPM rates on unsold radio inventory, converting that airtime into high-value phone call leads for businesses nationwide.

In 2010, Dean founded Direct Media Power, which became the nation's largest pay-per-call media agency. In 2015, he launched Federal Tax Relief, which became the leading radio advertiser in the tax relief industry, supporting over 100 participating tax firms nationwide.

By 2017, Dean established IBA Force, a national sales, marketing, and media consulting firm. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations of PRIMEDIA Network, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IBA Force, Inc.

With over 30 years of business ownership experience, Dean has developed a deep understanding of every aspect of building and scaling a company—from accounting and IT solutions to recruitment and media strategy. His methodical, step-by-step approach to dissecting and optimizing businesses has been a driving force behind his success.

In 2015, frustrated with existing market solutions, Dean began developing MMS (Media Management Software)—a comprehensive system designed to support his vision of a media company with hundreds of millions in annual sales. Traditional media placement software lacked flexibility, and mainstream sales platforms like Salesforce imposed productivity limitations. Determined to create a better solution, Dean personally architected an enterprise software platform that would revolutionize media buying, sales, and lead management.

What started as a simple Excel spreadsheet has evolved into an advanced system capable of negotiating media rates across hundreds of stations, handling media RFPs, generating thousands of media orders weekly, reconciling accounting, tracking media performance, and managing massive lead flow. Now over five years into development, MMS consists of 30+ interconnected modules and more than 200 pages of custom code, serving as the backbone of PRIMEDIA’s daily operations. Built entirely from Dean’s vision, MMS remains unmatched in the industry, setting a new standard for media and sales software.
